More days…

Much to my surprise, after Thursday’s trip to Walsenburg the temperature dropped twenty degrees and the rains came, giving us wet woods wherein to walk,

dry ones, too…

Well, next trip sixty-six canvases from the eighties to sort through

should be sufficiently distractive.

      Not likely; at the moment she seems to be pursuing the life of a ‘professional dog’, moving among several homes in the Lower Libre Water district…Mary Ann [of the high altitude corn] would be a likely prospect if she chooses to settle in.

    Busy times, nice weather changes (just constant fog here) and some keen Colorado photos.
    Those first two gnarly wood shots (one in black and white) are great. Flying lizard on the inside? of the screen door seems a bit ominous. And the close-up dog portraits are definitely cool. Some questions:
    What happens if Linda loses her squirt gun? Dog Anarchy?
    Will all this art sorting result in a major migration of works to Wall?
    Will you two need to expand the Nevada repository to accommodate the “prolificness”, or does “sorting” eliminate items to a Libre version of BurningMan?
    Do you know anyone who has a squirt gun that works on Donald?

      Questions;
      1] If the squirt gun disappears…Dogarchy! Although Aggie does seem to be getting a little better, even in its absence.
      2] The sorting will eventually result in maybe half the works going to Wall, yes.
      3] We [or L.] already need more space at Wall, at least outside to facilitate sculpture assembly, and so far I’ve not found any candidates for “elimination’ although there may well be some in the eighties and nineties…
      4] My feeling is that Donald may well be the Devil [hence his unprecedented counter-intuitive rise] and therefore no squirt-pistol would be effective…but, if the rise continues, Putin might be.

    Oh how I wish that we had some rain! Today is really murky, the first day I have not wanted to go outside. I rode my bike to the gun – ten minutes each way – and my jacket smelled like I had been sitting by a campfire for three hours!
