Under rivers of atmosphere

though not that one noticed while it was warm enough for breakfast as well as numerous

lunches out until they flowed in and dumped, albeit nowhere near as severe as the

chicken littles of the internet would have us believe with their cluelessly insistent idiocies.

The week continued to deliver brilliant mornings,

midday downpours and windily soaked sunny afternoons with not nearly the disruption

experienced elsewhere.

Saturday ahead of the next storm Lee came over the hill from Reno on his way to Codex

bringing wine, his killer chocolate chips and “The Sky Here”, a most exquisite limited edition

book of his own making which has to be seen in person to truly appreciate.  A real treat to see and sufficiently impressive that he immediately found representation for it with David Abel at Passages Bookshop in Portland…

The anticipated deluge[s] duly arrived the next morning making, as predicted, a real mess of 80

while here it was merely another “interesting” day…windy and wet but yet again less so

than most anywhere else. So it goes…or went; February now.
