An unforeseen rain rained all night, keeping us to the roads all another day
with some afternoon respite but no less muck and more rain
Friday the 13th, wherein our friends, the ones with the ambitious building plan north of Reno,
came out for an afternoon’s repast of duck soup, crostini and enjoyable catchings-up.
Saturday things cleared up enough to allow laundry
and dogs
as well as the 72nd [of 73] of the watercolor triptychs for 2019…also our WWll Dodge, looking
South;
East;
North [note snow level, ca. 6000′];
Sunday, Surprised by wet Snow down low,
led of course to a renewal of the Mud Subscription
in the melt.
The 73rd watercolors, the dogs’ inimitable undertable projects,
enough sun for a last laundry as well
as closing up the Repo
and everywhere else
before a last walk, roadbound, to the gate,
end of day,
end of stay…time’s up.
When the black dogs look straight at the camera they always look guilty. I didn’t realize the table and chairs all had casters. Nice idea.
Beautiful watercolor!
Your life is better than mine.
Nice shots, very funny dogs. Least they don’t appear to like chewing on watercolours (yet) Small mosaic table: was it created by Bryan or Melinda by chance? I have a vague memory of summer projects….
Love the light and designs winter gives us. Beautiful!
I agree with that guilty look, but they’ll never speak up
I want some of those reeds!
