The second day of the second week things brightened up,
bringing works in progress to the Marina
while on H Street work progresses on the elaborate reno two doors west.
A good day for roofing and
warm enough to unwrap the ’45; could this, as Kirk inferred,
be Spring at Last?
[goose egg on bike ride]
Still life; Studio wall with Krebs
Phil Joy’s docks and
at the marina a craft more workmanlike than their usual plastiques.
Third day, fourth day…full of entertainments, less of photogenics. A struggle to maintain equilibrium…or is it momentum?
Benign weather persists…
but the social whorl and another mid-afternoon departure for SF Saturday left little of the discretionary time necessary for this or other extracurricular pursuits.
First, the Moon
then the Morning
and finally, late afternoon, the Western Edge.
Sunday at last allowed
for some Facetime between Benign Benicia and Blizzardly Brooklyn
leaving the grandmother happy for our first dinner out[side] of the season.
Monday meant another trip to town
and back…
while daylight savings brought us barbecue season without saving much else except
at last a day to get this stuff out there, or soon after…
Spring, a hey hey.
M
our full moon looked different
looks like they need to simplify those street electrical systems out west
it ain’t exactly a first world country; if you think that’s bad you should see the way they’re patching the streets!
It got warm and I got sick, spending the last couple of days sweating in bed. Looks good out the window, though. (I like the Chevy truck.)
Sorry to hear that; maybe the cold weather predicted next week will be curative…when are you going to Marfa/Big Bend?
Oh and here’s more on the Chev; http://autoliterate.blogspot.com/2017/03/1945-chevrolet-pickup.html
