Freedom…

used to be just another word for nothin’ left to lose but now, plastered across the front of a

$160,000 Peterbilt, it’s just another word [among many provided by the Right] for bullshit.

But another word for Saturday March 12th,

after a brief brisk walk around town

and another trip into

the City,

would be “Intertwined” at Brian’s.*

The opening [3:00 – 5:30, with artists’ talks] was preceded by the most exquisite sushi ever.

The event also constituted a reunion for many of Luz’ many SF friends [not shown] and even Bryan*, down from Fort Lewis to revisit sites in the Mission…from which we extricated

ourselves in time to make it home for pizza ‘n’ paella from Gaby’s on the last night

of Pacific Standard Time.  Daylight Savings’ first evening found us enjoying at yet another

backyard taco bar from our friends and neighbors next door for various if not quite as numerous Friends of Luz, a good time being had by all as well as plenty of leftovers

for lunches into and unto another week, distracted mightily…

and mightily distracted,

with much to do.
