The first word is a verb, the second a noun denoting, depending on your point of view, a lying orange clot of fecal matter, if that matters, or your personal “Saviour” and “President”. Pathetic, but extremely worrisome given that said “Saviour” is surrounded and abetted by a sea of shits seemingly dedicated to dismantling and destroying the country I live in to promote their [?] own special interests like the “Force Women* to Give Birth [whether they want to or not]” movement [“right to life” implies support for the poor little creatures once they’re out in the world, which they adamantly don’t]…up to and beyond dismantling and crippling the world’s most expensive military [see Tommy Turdberville as a prime suspect there]…or see the Jordanians for less spendy alternatives;
Of course Jordan doesn’t have a political system that allows some looney tunes legislators to decimate their military’s leadership or defund the entire government on a whim, either…
Meanwhile from here in the mountains we went down to Gardner and up along the plains to the warmth of Pueblo in what it turned out to be the wrong week for Linda’s dental appointment though on the plus side Los Girasoles now has a pork and avocado burrito and not bad at that…
after which we made it home to dogs and occasionally cooler climes.
Although not always
cooler, the climes, but
rain also intermittently came
and went along with a certain heat-induced lassitude such that no trips up the creek ensued.
Just the studio
and another afternoon of rain wherein an old guy could lie down on the couch and drift
away, way up in the mountains…

Stalwart scrutiny. Inkies in the shade. Rising heat. Burrito relief! 🌈😎
Fortunately most days of heat had at least some breezes to take the edge off…and the pork in those burritos had a delightful smokiness to it.
envious of that rain…
Well it didn’t last; we’re back to doors closed and curtains drawn…
That burrito looks muy bueno!
Love “dog on deck with cloud”; also” inkies guarding shade”.
Stay cool and do not combust.
Yeah I think we’re figuring out what to order when in Pueblo; their rellenos are pretty good, too!
I am always impressed by the fact that you seem to be out in the wilderness, but eat really well. Loved the two inkies paired with the two stubby posts…or whatever they were.
Smart dogs hanging in the shade…
Yeah and now [after Dave left] it’s cooled considerably; hope you get some of that too!
