[Lefty, here, from pics I was deleting from 2013, just seeming necessary]
Streets of Benicia, 2015;
Foggy mornings all week and the mysterious small sailboat remains offshore throughout…those identical-looking shots are, actually, all different days, same sailboat…
Also ensues a trip to West Marin [not shown] and another to Palo Alto to see the Anderson Collection as well as the premiere of John Adams’ second quartet for the St. Lawrence Quartet wherein the Composer is briefly glimpsed [also not shown].
Monday fog…but lunch, also…
Fog continues, and the fabulous E Street dog;
All too soon, all too little done, it’s on to a midweek whirlwind of car-retrieval, shopping, loading and local color…
[same sailboat]
The next morning, still there,
…we are nonetheless out the door
…and over the hill.
Pretty much grey all day and grey all the way of a January Thursday.
A hey hey.

Fun shots as usual…..do keep up the lone sailboat series; I’m waiting for the next installment!
Apparently [look closely!] that green rectangle on the cabin the last day was some sort of maritime parking ticket and L. said when next she was down there it was gone…whether towed or sailed away remains a mystery to this day.
