…and Things keep digging out.
We dig the moon, the greenings, the water on the playa
and the Return of the Phoebe…Say’s Phoebe, back to nest under the east porch roof as
it rains, doesn’t rain, becomes unseasonably hot, then not…
I dive imprudently into the project of sorting out the shed’s shed,
the trees dive into their own seasonal projects
and not any of us are even close to finished by Monday…
lovely! Spring has not really gotten underway up here….still in the brown/grey season.
I love your chronically guilty (whoa!!! The last two words were a spell edit when I tried to write chronicle of season) anyway, the chronically over the years of all the seasonal changes out there on the land. A book might be nice!
Books are…a lot of work. As you know.
Please share updates on the shed-on-a-shed project, should there ever be any, as this is a model I would one day like to emulate on our overcrowded Pennsylvania pre-fab version. Looks like fun.

Your gonna miss the Benicia Green Hot Rod Show this weekend.
Not so, though I imagine it will only be the same predictably bright ‘n’ shiny [opulent] things…
It’s a beautiful place, Mike.
