…just a quick trip Friday the thirteenth to Walnut Creek checking up on Linda’s sculptures [as well as Clay Jensen’s and Bela Feldman’s; Clay’s houses shown below] at the Bedford Gallery before moving on to OMCA for lunch with our friend Christina, one of the curators responsible for freshening up their collections of late, all looking quite good including Linda’s “Smoke Creek” happily installed on its very own [grey] wall…

Saturday wasn’t exactly free play as taxes continued to loom, nor, depending on one’s definition of “free” and “play”, was Sunday, as we threaded our way west through throngs of recreational cyclists to Heart’s Desire Beach for an afternoon picnic among friends…having to fun, so to speak, and great fun it proved to be…
