“The Police will always lie” – public defender’s office, SF. The OLD’s* administration make the police** look like a legion of choirboys in that regard but meanwhile, masterfully distracting us from what’s really at the heart of the great Big Beautiful Bill with Israel’s initiation of WWlll as well as bombast and bullshit about LA we aren’t supposed to notice that beyond the giant

cuts to Medicaid and rich people’s taxes while the debt expands exponentially to increase the military and budgets for La Migra are the least of the smokescreens when buried in there in plain sight, as they say, are multiple draconian provisions designed to simultaneously delegitimize the courts while enshrining in perpetuity the police state for all intents and purposes they’ve already enacted with a new Gestapo that differs from the original

only in that these guys cover their faces, call themselves ICE and aren’t nice…but in objecting to that one pays the price, all the more so if a person is waving a Mexican flag while standing atop a burning car as paid masked provocateurs in black-hoodies with hammers and molotov

cocktails in their matching black backpacks*** create photo ops for fascist cops to delight the “base” back home…all of whom are supremely confident none of them [the police, the Guard, ICE or the Army] will ever turn on them. Yeah right, suckers. Seriously, put your representatives on notice you KNOW what they’re voting for whether they’ll admit it or not. Last chance…

otherwise, sploosh goes your “democracy”, ineffectual as it is.

Meanwhile the heat, along with small projects like leveling the platform, continued

as the rain remained only a far-off virga or two.

Fixed the gate [the top wire having been inexplicably cut by…whom, hmmm?]

and looked for but failed to find the Harriers’ nest in the lower pond’s reeds

as fuzzy adolescent coots perfected their slime-eating skills and

warmer days made for warmer breakfasts

without a lot of variation.

Pinchbeck, again; “The Trump regime is undertaking this very effectively — almost, one could say, scientifically. Even elements of Trump’s policies that seem insane, like the unpredictable tariffs, make sense, once we understand the goal is not to bring manufacturing back to the U.S., but to destroy the country’s prosperous upper middle and middle class. These are the most likely classes to organize opposition to tyranny and despotism.

Why did the tech oligarchs decide to take over the US government from the inside at this particular juncture?”

Good question.

With most of the data sucked up, DOGE continuing to metastatically burrow through the remaining agencies of government, complicit idiots inserted at all the relevant levels and the wholesale expansion of OLD’s personal storm troopers well under way we are finally getting a taste of the Plan that follows the Project’s wholesale dismantle of the Old World Order….and we all love a parade, don’t we?

In times like these a mind turns north to places beyond the maggots’ reach…
